3 Sutras to Samadhi

Before you sit to meditate, remember these three things:

1. Achaha: Meaning right now, i don't want anything... Right now, i want nothing...

2. Akinchen: Meaning I am nobody, i am nothing... just ask yourself... who am i? who is ? You will see you are nothing and nobody... dont bother intellectualizing this one... just know and experience that you are indeed nothing and nobody and relax...

3. Aprayatna: Effortlessness... To meditate there is nothing to do. Just be. Like when you go for a massage, you just lie there, do nothing and let the masseuse massage you... similarly, you just sit with your eyes closed and let the Guru Shakti meditate for you!

Before meditating, just relax and remember these 3 sutras (effortlessly)... they will allow you to sink blissfully into Samadhi!

Jai Gurudev Bau,
Thank you, Shall surely remember these.
Though the second sutra seems difficult... If I'm nothing then what do I see myself as, how can I rub my identity completely...
Please explain.

:) It reminded me the meditation you made us do after the Financial literacy workshop in Delhi as you gave the same instructions as per the three sutras, it was awesoooomeee...

And though I did not wanted to meditate yesterday night, just a thought of the sutras made me do it, felt amazingglyy good. :) :)

Dear Bau
Is the first sutra achcha or anichcha? If its the latter, please modify it for future readers!

I revisited this blog post and then I got it.
The 3 sutras are defined as a negation just like the Self(7th layer) is defined as a negation of the earlier 6 layers.

Similarly, meditation can be be best described as a negation.
No Want (first sutra)
No Concept/self-image (second)
No effort/Doing (third sutra)

So realizing what meditaiton is, itself becomes the technique..
