Smile

Q: Guruji, i can't smile, coz i have not achieved anything worthwhile in life. Please help...

A: You have come here, that is enough :) Don't wait to achieve something to smile... Smile first, then maybe you will achieve something...

Be like a small baby. What has a baby achieved? It is so completely dependent, yet it smiles doesn't it?!

woow.... methinks the state of Akinchan(I am nothing), Achah(without desire),Apraytna ( without effort) is the secret of the baby's smile :-)

Jai Gurudev, Bau,
I just happened to have finished with my Kriya and as usual emerged out like an embodiment of a lovely smile and the post that I saw here on top said,"SMILE"! :)
I can't help but smile even more! :)
It is the smile itself that makes me feel complete in myself!

when Guruji said this, I was present there and his words really forced me to think that why do we need reason to smile when we have him and that is reason big enough to be happy and his example of a baby was so apt that today after the course I when look into the mirror feel that my smile has widened and I see to it that it never fades because I believe he is seeing me........
